Naturopathic Medical Office Visits
Our approach to medicine is founded on patient-centered care that utilizes the least invasive and most effective evidence-based treatment protocols including clinical nutrition, lifestyle modification, and stress management as well as targeted nutrient therapy, herbal medicines and bio-identical hormone replacement.
First Office Visits (60-80 minutes)
This visit is devoted to learning about your unique story. Dr. Gran will perform a thorough intake over a cup of tea and perform a physical exam. You will leave with a written treatment plan that includes lifestyle recommendations to implement immediately as well as orders for any relevant lab work. Dr. Gran uses both Quest and LabCorp for basic blood panels, but may also order specialty lab tests if warranted. These include salivary and urinary hormone panels, functional nutrient analyses, food sensitivity panels, functional stool testing, and/or heavy metal testing.
Follow-Up Visits (25-55 minutes)
Your next visit will be devoted to an in-depth analysis of your lab work with the doctor. You will leave with a personalized treatment plan that may include herbal medicine, nutrients, or prescription hormone replacement based on your unique lab results.
Follow-up appointments range from monthly to annual check-ins depending on your current complaint and health history.
Acute visits are also available for urgent urinary tract infections (UTIs), vaginal yeast infections, Bacterial Vaginosis (BV), contraceptive counseling, etc.
Well-Woman Visits (60 minutes)
Dr. Gran offers a range of gynecological and well-woman care services including annual check-ups, Pap screening, STI testing, and reproductive health counseling including fertility treatments and birth control prescriptions (except IUD).
Additional Services for Whole-Person Care and Sexual Health
Orgasm Shot (O-Shot)
This treatment utilizes the body’s own growth factors to help individuals suffering from sexual dysfunction. With targeted injections of growth factors derived from your own blood, this procedure helps to rejuvenate vaginal and clitoral tissues.
O-Shot helps with low libido, painful sex, difficulty reaching orgasm, or difficulty having a vaginal orgasm. It is also useful in the treatment of urinary stress and/or urge incontinence.

Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS)
This is a non-invasive treatment for overactive bladder (OAB). Using an acupuncture needle to stimulate the tibial nerve, abnormal signals to the bladder are blocked to prevent spasm.
Treatments for Cervical Dysplasia including Escharotic Treatments
Dr. Gran offers comprehensive treatment for HPV infections and abnormal Pap results including the Escharotic Treatment (an alternative to LEEP).
